By scheduling or paying for any service offered through bethbullitt.com and/or by communicating with Beth Bullitt in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:
1. You are 18 years or older
2. Beth Bullitt prides herself on honesty and integrity. While she conducts every reading and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.
3. I acknowledge and agree that in certain jurisdictions, a reader engaged in practices thatlegally fall under the scope of “fortune telling or divination” is required to disclose thatsuch readings should be for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.bethbullitt.comand Beth Bullitt’s social media platforms.
4. I acknowledge and agree that I voluntarily engage Astrologer to provide an astrological reading.
5. I acknowledge and agree that Astrologer is someone who offers a perspective oropinion based on a thorough analysis of astrological charts, birth data, and consultation.
6. I acknowledge and agree that during my session Astrologer will rely on informationprovided by me and I affirm that all information provided to Astrologer is true andaccurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
7. I acknowledge and agree that astrological readings should never be used in place of professional counseling.
8. I acknowledge and agree that my astrological reading does not constitute legal,medical, business, or financial advice.
9. I acknowledge and agree that in certain jurisdictions, a reader engaged in practices that legally fall under the scope of “fortune telling or divination” is required to disclose thatsuch readings should be for entertainment purposes only.
10. No reading or coaching session given by Beth Bullitt is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
11. Beth Bullitt nor www.bethbullitthealth.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Beth Bullitt as well as content created by Beth Bullitt including but not limited to readings, programs, and blog posts.
12. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Beth Bullitt her heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
13. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Beth Bullitt.
14. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
15. You have read and understand our Privacy policy.
16. Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NATURE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED

CONFIDENTIALITY
In line with standard practice, astrological readings will be kept in strict confidenceunless circumstances permit or require disclosure. In other words, Astrologer will notdisclose your name, personally identifiable information, or details of your session unlessan exception exists. For example, if Astrologer has reason to believe that you may be atimminent risk of harm to yourself or to others then Astrologer may disclose and discussrelevant details with third parties on a need-to-know basis.
You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
